To ensure the Dry Bag is completely waterproof, the top edge must:
be rolled at least 3 full turns over the inner stiffener
then securely closed with the buckle
Three full turns correspond to approximately 6 to 7 rolling movements, depending on tension.
Only when used correctly is water ingress prevented, even during heavy rain or prolonged contact with water.
Note on proper filling capacity
The bag must not be overfilled. If the volume is fully utilized, the required three full turns may no longer be possible, which can affect waterproof performance.
If more packing space is needed, the next larger size is recommended.
